All guests entering the home must be accounted for and on your reservation. We have a strict no parties/events policy. Please be sure to add the correct amount of people in your group. Any visitors must be approved by host. Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. A $300 deep cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke inside the house. Check out time is 10am. Please be prompt!!! If you are there past 10am without prior written approval, you will be charged $200, as it becomes an inconvenience to us, our cleaners, and future guests. You are responsible for your pet! Please do not allow your pet to damage the home in any way. You will be charged for any damages incurred by your animal. Please do not allow them on the beds or furniture. There are close neighbors so PLEASE be respectful of them! Do not allow your dog to bark unnecessarily or show aggressive behavior in any way. This will make the experience better for all involved.
